MONDAY
6:40-7:20pm Adult Ballet
Lengthen, strengthen, and restore through the gentle art of ballet-inspired stretching. This class blends classical ballet technique with deep, mindful stretching to improve flexibility, posture, and alignment. Perfect for all levels—whether you're a dancer, a former dancer, or simply looking to move with elegance and ease.
Expect low-impact movement, calming music, and a focus on breath and balance.


TUESDAY

6:00-7:00pm Sass Class

Unleash your inner diva in this high-energy dance fitness class designed to make you sweat, smile, and strut! Sass Class blends cardio, strength, and stylized choreography with empowering music and unapologetic confidence. No dance experience needed—just bring your attitude, a water bottle, and your best hair flip.

WEDNESDAY
2:45-3:45pm Adult Tap

8:00-9:00pm Adult Tap
Dust off your tap shoes and bring the rhythm back! This class is perfect for adults of all levels looking to learn or revisit the fundamentals of tap dance. You'll build coordination, musicality, and footwork through fun combinations and progressive technique. Whether you're brand new or danced years ago, this is a great way to stay active, challenge your mind,
and make some noise—literally!


THURSDAY

9:30-10:15am Mats & Mugs
Ease into the weekend with a gentle stretch session designed for adults and their little ones who aren’t yet in school. Unwind your body, connect with your mini, and prepare for the weekend ahead. After class, enjoy complimentary coffee and tea while the kids play and socialize. A perfect way to move, mingle, and make new friends. Please bring your own mat.
